• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are typically processed that same day. Orders submitted after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends, are handled on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Temperature-sensitive and perishable products are packaged using specialized cold-chain insulation and are dispatched only Monday through Thursday, so they are not held in transit over the weekend.
